Mathematical Development (MD)

  • Use the YouTube songs to practise counting in 1s, 2s, 5s and 10s.

 

  • Choose 4 toys from your toy box (of different heights) then put in order from the shortest to tallest.  Talk about and use language tall/taller/tallest and short/shorter/shortest to compare the different heights of the toys.

 

  • Draw a picture of the toys and label using the words: short, shorter, shortest and tall, taller, tallest.
